No cold calling — all leads are provided. As a Sales Representative for Trenton Roofing & Siding, your primary goals are to engage with customers, give an interactive sales presentation, create proposal contracts and follow-up with any unsold leads.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospects and acquire new business
• Service existing clients
• Effectively demonstrate product line
• Estimate, negotiate and close on new installation and existing repair projects

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in sales with strong track record of success
• Prior knowledge of roofing or general contracting is a plus
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team to meet or exceed goals

You’ll be safely repairing and installing all types of residential and commercial roofs using premium GAF products. • Install or repair residential/commercial roofs using various materials and tools
• Collaborate with office and sales team to ensure all necessary materials are onsite
• Clean up all work-related debris
• Deliver projects within timeline

 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of roofing experience
• Working knowledge of residential/commercial roofing procedures and safety
• Able to lift 50 lb. and climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 ft.
• Current driver’s license
