We recently hired Trenton Roofing to replace all of the windows in my home. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. The salesmen Jamie was honest and forthright, and he was beyond accommodating for my wife and I. They even corrected issues we had caused (color change). The installers came on time everyday and worked very hard from the time they showed up until they left. They were very respectful with my home by taking their shoes off upon entering each time, and they took the time each day to clean up the job site. In the end my house was transformed with the meticulously installed windows and aluminum trim wrapped around the exterior of my existing wood trim. They worked fast and did a beautiful job that even many of our neighbors have complemented us on already. We are beyond pleased with the work, and would hire them again for any service they provide. The crew came early, did a great job - and then cleaned up around the house very thoroughly. Came in with less than a week notice and did an amazing job replacing our roof. They took great care to protect our yard and shrubs from all the debris and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. I think our yard was cleaner after they left than before they got here. The guy who came to pick up the dumpster was basically on his hands and knees picking up tiny little scraps of garbage that fell on our driveway during the job. The price and value for what we had done was well worth it. The job was done in two days, full roof replacement and all new gutters.Take a look at the pictures for yourself. He not only did a detailed estimate and took the time to explain everything clearly to me beforehand, but he also came on roofing day and got up on the roof to guide some of the more complicated parts. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial inspection and estimate through the final installation, Drew and his team were terrific. My wife is an avid gardener, and she was very concerned about the potential for damage to the flowers and shrubs close to the house. The crew went to great lengths with protective chutes that directed the debris from the old material away from the house and the plantings. The entire job was done in one day and the property was spotless with no sign of them ever being there. Before they left, a few of the crew slowly walked around the entire house with large magnetic sweepers to collect any stray nails. Overall the experience was amazing. I had a short deadline due to an upcoming deployment and Mario (one of the project managers) was able to get me an estimate and complete the job in 10 days. The work was phenomenal they did the roof in around 7 hours and the next day they came back out to do the fascia wrap, new soffit and gutters and Mario and his teams workmanship is awesome to say the least. Overall, fantastic experience working with Trenton Roofing & Siding! From our initial meeting with our sales representative, Brian Fallon, we knew we were in good hands. Brian took the time to fully explain the process, assessed our particular needs, answered questions and discussed shingle options. From there, we worked with the front office staff (also very professional) and within 2 weeks, the roofing team had arrived. Brian was on-site for most of the day, checking in with us to answer questions and discuss progress. Our biggest concern that day was ensuring our young children were able to safely leave/enter the house for school and Brian took care of that. The entire team was extremely professional and efficient. They worked late into the evening and left our property perfectly clean with all nails and debris picked up. One Friday evening , I noticed our house gutter was broken with one large piece of the gutter fell down from the roof due to the heavy wind in our area. 10/10! From start to finish Brian was the upmost outstanding to work with. I requested an estimate a year ago with Trenton roofing. I told them I’d look into doing it the following spring. What I liked the most,aside from the quality of the work I had done, was that Brian and Trenton did not badger or pester me over that course of the year I waited. They didn’t bombard me with calls and schemes to sell me something I already knew I needed. After about 11-12 months since my estimate I got a email from Brian just checking in to see if the roof had been done and to see if there is anything he could assist with.
