Just another five star review. Good communication from the start. Got a quote with what seemed to me to be a very fair price and the job was scheduled in good time. In and out in eight hours including excellent clean up. Highly recommend!Time for an update. After Trenton Roofing replaced my roof, I found that water was still coming into the house around the chimney. A year before, I had contracted with a company specializing in chimneys and masonry to repoint and waterproof this same chimney. Zack responded to my call and he and Mario came out to inspect and found that the work I had paid for was worthless. I tried following up with the chimney contractor but he was evasive, defensive, and belligerent. He refused even to come look at the situation without an extra charge of $175. I resigned myself to having been scammed by this jerk and asked Mario if he could take on the job. He did so and all the old work was redone. Mario followed up after every rainstorm, to be sure there was no leakage. Once again, a great job by Trenton Roofing.Confident that I had found something good, I contacted Zack about having my gutters replaced. He immediately gave me an estimate and we scheduled the job. It went off without a hitch, three hours start to finish. Looks great. Yet again, I’m glad I called Trenton Roofing and I confidently recommend them to everyone.read more

Updated: Oct 2025: we noticed a ceiling leak and called Trenton roofers to come check it out. Our original project manager, Brian came the next day and then sent out a crew to find the source. They were so thorough to find where it was coming from and scheduled our repair promptly. Communication is so easy with this team! Overall, fantastic experience working with Trenton Roofing & Siding! From our initial meeting with our sales representative, Brian Fallon, we knew we were in good hands. Brian took the time to fully explain the process, assessed our particular needs, answered questions and discussed shingle options. From there, we worked with the front office staff (also very professional) and within 2 weeks, the roofing team had arrived. Brian was on-site for most of the day, checking in with us to answer questions and discuss progress. Our biggest concern that day was ensuring our young children were able to safely leave/enter the house for school and Brian took care of that. The entire team was extremely professional and efficient. They worked late into the evening and left our property perfectly clean with all nails and debris picked up. The next morning, a second crew arrived to retrieve the roofing dumpster and clean up any leftover mess. Today, we have a beautiful, newly shingled roof that is safer and dryer for our family. He not only did a detailed estimate and took the time to explain everything clearly to me beforehand, but he also came on roofing day and got up on the roof to guide some of the more complicated parts. The crew came early, did a great job - and then cleaned up around the house very thoroughly. Jamie from Trenton & Roofing is terrific! They laid a new roof about 18 months ago it’s beautiful & working great! 😃During a recent rainstorm our roof started to leak. I texted Jamie & my husband followed up with a phone call to the company. We didn’t think it was the roof, but we didn’t know who else to call.Jamie fit us into the schedule & was there early morning. His initial assessment was that water was somehow getting in via our in the wall AC. He said he would have some of his guys the next day to see what they could do.The roofing experts came early the next morning to further assess things. They found a small space around our window & filled it with silicone. They double checked the roof & found that it was definitely solid. They didn’t have to seal the hole, but they did anyway because they wanted to help & because they have integrity. Even though it wasn’t the roof, they went above & beyond what is necessary. And they didn’t charge us anything! Eventually we will close in the AC area & get new siding. When we are ready to do that we will certainly contact Jamie & Trenton Roofing & Siding! We recently hired Trenton Roofing to replace all of the windows in my home. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. The salesmen Jamie was honest and forthright, and he was beyond accommodating for my wife and I. They even corrected issues we had caused (color change). The installers came on time everyday and worked very hard from the time they showed up until they left. They were very respectful with my home by taking their shoes off upon entering each time, and they took the time each day to clean up the job site. In the end my house was transformed with the meticulously installed windows and aluminum trim wrapped around the exterior of my existing wood trim. They worked fast and did a beautiful job that even many of our neighbors have complemented us on already. We are beyond pleased with the work, and would hire them again for any service they provide.
