While we decide to upgrade/repair our roof, we scheduled inspection visit with several companies. We were lucky to end-up working with Jamie Drum and his crew.Everything started with the inspection. Jamie did the inspection while I was away, and my daughter was at home. On my other appointments I have found that some representative wouldn't even look at the roof, but are ready to provide you with a beautifulGAF catalogue, examples of the materials and a " beautiful" estimate.There were even those who would work around a two store building with the cell phone , taking pictures and providing the estimate based on this.Jamie was actually on the roof, so I trusted him.There was one more company who actually inspected the roof and the estimate was more pleasing but the difference was repair vs replacement. We decided to go with the replacement because I do not want to have patches of old and new shingles.Jamie was able to meet with me and discuss the project and all the nuances (we have a steep driveway). He was quite flexible with time.His crew was punctual, worked fast, left everything clean.After the roof was teared away some hidden problems become visible. Everything was documented, presented to me and discussed with me. Because of the nuances the project was fulfilled in 1.5 days and right in time before the heavy storm hits the area. The rain was a great test for the new roof and it behaved as the new roof should do. Also I was pleased with the introduction of the new water drain ports on a flat roof, that helped eliminating past problems with water pooling.I have to add that the roof was designed in 1967, it was a custom project, so Jamie and the crew have to adapt fast to when performing a replacement to preserve the original design. Mario, another project manager, stopped by to provide his expertise on a chimney ( again, it was a custom design). Mario didn't just pronounce his opinion, but was actually on site the following day to control.I think it is clear, but I just wanted to confirm that we were satisfied with the job performed by Trenton Roofing and siding.read more

We recently hired Trenton Roofing to replace all of the windows in my home. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. The salesmen Jamie was honest and forthright, and he was beyond accommodating for my wife and I. They even corrected issues we had caused (color change). The installers came on time everyday and worked very hard from the time they showed up until they left. They were very respectful with my home by taking their shoes off upon entering each time, and they took the time each day to clean up the job site. In the end my house was transformed with the meticulously installed windows and aluminum trim wrapped around the exterior of my existing wood trim. They worked fast and did a beautiful job that even many of our neighbors have complemented us on already. We are beyond pleased with the work, and would hire them again for any service they provide. The roof team is also professional and works hard. Job was completed exactly as described and in time. The site was left clean, with practically very few nails. I had the please of working with Brian F from Trenton Roofing. Our main roof had wind damage, I explained to Brian I was working with insurance company and that's a long process. Brian came out, walked me through the process and options. He checked in on the status at a reasonable frequency and provided enough space that I didn't feel pressured into making a snap decision.When it finally came down to moving forward with the work Brian and the team were quick to respond and get everything moving. His team was at the house early and finished up in a day. Just had my roof replaced by Trenton Roofing. These guys are 5 star. Luigi knows what he's talking about and what he's doing. He not only did a detailed estimate and took the time to explain everything clearly to me beforehand, but he also came on roofing day and got up on the roof to guide some of the more complicated parts. He even came back the next day to do a final inspection. They used top of the line materials, and took great care to protect my property. The crew came early, did a great job - and then cleaned up around the house very thoroughly. Overall, fantastic experience working with Trenton Roofing & Siding! From our initial meeting with our sales representative, Brian Fallon, we knew we were in good hands. Brian took the time to fully explain the process, assessed our particular needs, answered questions and discussed shingle options. From there, we worked with the front office staff (also very professional) and within 2 weeks, the roofing team had arrived. Brian was on-site for most of the day, checking in with us to answer questions and discuss progress. Our biggest concern that day was ensuring our young children were able to safely leave/enter the house for school and Brian took care of that. The entire team was extremely professional and efficient. They worked late into the evening and left our property perfectly clean with all nails and debris picked up. The next morning, a second crew arrived to retrieve the roofing dumpster and clean up any leftover mess. Today, we have a beautiful, newly shingled roof that is safer and dryer for our family. Mario worked out what had to be done to replace the roof and thoroughly explained and had it exactly written on the invoice. He answered all of my questions, and stopped a couple of times during the job. He took pictures of any damage that had to be fixed that couldn't be seen until the old shingles were taken off.The office was nice to work with and the whole process was very professional from the estimate to the final look at.
